Scientific foundation in biochemistry and biology, followed by graduate studies in pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry and 24+ years spanning DMPK, translational science, and oncology drug development.
Deep expertise in prodrug pharmacology, metabolic stability, and in vivo PK/PD – built across multiple therapeutic programs from candidate nomination through regulatory submission.
Author of patents and publications in PSA-activated prodrug design, contributing foundational work to the field of tumor-selective prostate cancer therapeutics.
